#7 Ozzie Newsome – Smashed Knee (NI)
After a poor showing in OoC play, Alabama came in hoping their fortunes would change. With the starting line being depleted, a couple stars came out to play in the Tides first SCC game of the season. The swift twin being on the field proved more of a threat than anything they seemed to do, or not to do. Thankfully, the rest of 'bama were up for the challenge. They took advantage of TCU's misfortunes and capitalized on them. TCU dominated almost the entire game, but Alabama never lost hope or resolve and managed to squeak out a draw.

thanks for the game FRSHMN!

Season 35, Game 4

Horned Rats have full control - then they fall apart

TCU goes into this match as the Big Cheese with 3/3, Underdog Alabama is not impressed and pulls off the little upset.

The Silver Tide chooses to go into offense in the first half, but the Horned Rats sack the ball carrier mid-half and score a defensive touchdown. They even do the trick twice, but in the end fall short a single GFI for the early decision.

Second half starts with a pitch invasion that hits the Horned Rats worse then their Elven counterparts, so the Rats fall back deep into their own half. While Alabama hunts down potential receivers, TCU is dashing down the weak side of the field and for a moment, it looks like they get away with it. Then disaster strikes multiple times, cutting short TCU's players as well as any chance for the win. But at least too much time has passed for the Silver Tide to go for the big upset, so both teams settle with the draw.

Alabama found the chink in TCU's armour - its armour - and made good use of it. TCU after their walk-over wins in OoC is now grounded again in tougher SCC reality.
