“The Manglerz started the game with everyone on their feet which was a nice surprise, unfortunately they also started with a Marauder rat a few yards from scoring a touchdown. Luckily the rat was brought down and the ball spilled, then the attempted regather fumbled, with wet custard pie remnants from the sweet, sickly surprise he'd flung in the face of the Manglerz defenders the likely cause. The rest of the half was a mess as both sides fought over the ball, the Marauders nearly got over the line again but fell in the wet, the Manglerz had a last ditch potato play hauled down. 0-0.

It was at the start of the second half coach SnorkelWanted realised he'd made a terrible error. Trollo was sent off for the exploding runes he'd jokingly been given with no intention of using. The 10 man Manglerz stumbled out feeling a little less confident shorn of their massive, dumb roadblock. Less massive but equally dumb coach SW had his head in his hands. The Marauders took advantage of the Manglerz lack of confidence and immediately blitzed into the Manglerz half. A sneaky witches brew snuck into main ball carrier Brash's half time squig juice denied him the use of his hands, a major disadvantage given he was the only one not on the line of scrimmage and in position to pick up a ball now seriously threatened by an army of very fast Marauders. Somehow the ball was secured and delivered downfield for the touchdown but it was definitely in doubt for a long time. 1-0.

The Manglerz are still waiting for Krack to learn how to punch others and not just dodge other's punches. He's definitely on the verge of being sacked.”
