The big showdown to determine the winners of Youngblood XXX.

L.A.D.S went in as firm favourites, with the Rangers needing not only a win but a 18 S.N.O.T. swing to secure the title.

Notoriously quick starters L.A.D.S. came flying out of the blocks to take an early 10 point lead by rostering in 5 lucky fans for the day.

At the coin toss, L.A.D.S. chose to receive the ball and see how the Rangers would hold up to bombardment, both literally and figuratively.

Kick Off
L.A.D.S. 21-11 Vanaheim Rangers

At kick off two enthusiastic Snotlings dashed onto the pitch unseen by the referees, and the Rangers were quickly reduced to just 8 as Clart got punchy, and Bom got blasty.

The Were recovered quickly and sacked the ball carrier in Turn 3 but were unable to secure the ball in hand. This allowed L.A.D.S. to get some cover on the pigskin.

By turn 5 L.A.D.S. were outnumbered 6 to 8 and things were looking grim, but Nipee was able to sneak in and whip the ball away. Lucky to survive a heavy Frenzy Blitz, all still looked lost until Nipee took his life into his own hands and danced through the Were crowd to score.

The remains of the half saw a strong break from a Werecat, but he soon found himself literally swarmed by Snotlings and the ball was eventually knocked free meaning no more scores for the half.

Half Time
L.A.D.S. 22-11 Vanaheim Rangers

Rumours of a Halftime arrangements with the Officials to keep the Cabalvision Sport Wagon to return to the field were unfounded, but somehow L.A.D.S. took to the field in the second half with both Pump Wagons available.

The Rangers looked to outflank the Snots quickly, but hadn't banked on a swarming horde hunting the ball. One of those lucky Rookies was able to knock the ball free which was quickly recovered by snot of the moment, Nipee.

Nipee was immediately flattened by Rudolf the Werewolf who recovered the ball. His success was short lived, as he himself was swiftly smashed the Cabalvision Sports Wagon. Killed in action, fortunately his Apo could bring him back.

For the remainder of the half L.A.D.S. did just enough to keep the ball out of hairy hands, and even mounted a late break through that Snot Nipee again. The break was cruelly cut short at the end by a retreating Werecat, but the game was done. Another win for Lump an' da Snots.
