Cheers SideshowBob, congrats on the title.

My team was confident we could compete today, and after the disappointment of losing our first RRR.

First Half
Elf team was under pressure from LeadenBelly who put the heat on the ball carrier, he escaped and threw to a wardancer. My runners had a decent chance to get him down but no POW, and a subsequent plucky dive through the screen from the Dodge Runner was also to no avail.

Second Half
Dwarf team received, and dropped players back, keeping the cage tight and the Guard glued to the ball carrier. I was worried a cage dive had potential to cause a few turns delay but it never materialised. Right on cue T7 the cage moved into scoring range. 1-1

Overtime
Woodies won the critical coin toss, and v's 9 dwarfs (all four KO rolls failed) it was a straightforward outflanking move. Reserved Sr showed a cool nerve to cage dive again but he tripped. It was over. 2-1

Next focus will be team NAF event. Tempted by Dwarf, I feel I've got the idea how they work. But they are rather prone to 1-1 draws at full time, as today. Will think on it.

#6 Sherwoodskogen – Fractured Leg (MNG)
#17 Ulric Fastfire – Dead (RIP)
About 15 years since I last won a RRR I finally did it again!
EDIT: My last game in BB2016 as well, so a nice way to end it.

And not the greatest performance this tournament either. First round won by WO and the three remaining rounds were all 1-1 ties where I won the coin toss and won it in OT.

The final was a tight one in the first half where I recieved, was put heavily under pressure from the dorfs. But I managed to sneak out and pass to a WD who survived a tackleless blitz with RR and then score in round 8.

Beanbelly played well in 2nd and scored easily. In OT all the rolls were in my favour. 2/2 KOs revovered for me and 0/2 for the dorfs. And elves won the coin toss, so we could score pretty easily in three turns with 9 vs 9.

Thanks Beanbelly for a tight and fun game!
