“With only 2 days left until the end of season XXVI of the Throne of Blood there were two teams who were leagues ahead of the rest.

Der Green Clockwork Klub leads with 181 points closely followed by Mosstown Munchers with 161 points.

After some bribery involving snackx and some magic shrooms both coaches agreed the only fair way these teams could decide who would be the victor should be on the blood bowl pitch.

The crowds roared with applause as the 'killiest' stunty teams around took to the pitch against each other.

Well what a match...

The Mosstown Munchers won the flip and their murder trees started their drive. A quick death for Alf the goblin after he felt the boot of the number 1 halfing fouler Ungle Bungle.

Without any other thoughts the halfings simply walked up the centre of the pitch. Both trees turning goblins into mush. By the time they reached the endzone only 7 gobs remained.

Despite this the goblins fought back. They brought their weapons onto the field and halfings ran screaming from the whirr of the chainsaw. Lord Willow the legendary tree managed to stay on the pitch thanks to his thick armour but Rumpty the super star fling did not fair as well and was KOd (safely) for the rest of the match. A quick equiliser was scored as a chainsaw weilding madman (Ben) picked up the ball and ran for the endzone - with little defence from the shaken halfings.

However, it simply wasn't enough. The goblins were in ruins. Only 6 players for the second half meant there was no way they could stop the relentless murder trees. Ungle Bungle continued to kick everyone that fell to the floor and killed the star goblin Taschengeld - for the throne!

Some crazy stunty madness from both sides but the trees were too much for the goblins to handle and won coach Miceycraft another sweet victory and hopefully the winning points for this season's throne of blood.

Mekutata took the dicing like a pro and we know his goblins will continue their murder spree in their next match. ”
