“This game was like a reunion of identical twins seperated at birth, twins who shared the worst luck and dice rolls in the world...

Started off terrible for him, good for me, and over the course of the game slowly shifted to the complete opposite, like the sand in an hourglass. Countless number of double skulls rolled, only to get another set after using a re-roll, although it happened to me more (nyaa :P).

Should have been a draw but despite telling myself to just hang back and defend (he only had two turns to get the ball into my end and score) i moronically pushed all my players forward allowing his blitzer to slip through and get a lucky catch - leaving me with a final hope of making two successful GFIs and a 1db block (only the knockdown result would do it) with no RRs, and in a blizzard. It (obviously) failed, with the linesmen slipping in the snow and falling flat on his face as sodding Draconus Bash (the bane of my game) scored the winner in the final turn.

Losing 1 FF and getting low winnings was just rubbing salt in the wound...

However, t'was an excellent game with enjoyable conversation through out, and I'm looking forward to beating the stuffing out of them later down the line :)
