“A strange yet fun game that was played in a howling Blizzard throughout. The Cthulhuites managed a first half TD after the fans threw the ball deep into Breather territory, and then the second half turned into a slogging match in which Dhole was one target 2 dodge from a TD, which, according to the laws of Nuffle, failed. The Breathers were then able to get the ball downfield for the turn 16 equalizer.

Tsathoggua again failed to show up in shape to play, so he is fired. In the spirit of things, Nyarlathotep (n) is gone too, and Dagon (-MA) had better watch out. This will mean that the team is short players for a while, but what is the point of having monstrosites from beyond time and space who don't show up to, well... monster? In addition, the winnings were again minimal, so it will be at least another game before I can get that Witch Elf I've been pining for. Unfortunately I now have to get 2 WE's and 2 Blitzers to be full up - a whopping 420,000, which, minus what's in the bank, leaves 330,000 to raise - assuming the rest of the team stays healthy...

It seems as if the Elder Things are the punching bags of the Cthulhu world, as their second representative bit the dust early in the game. Oh well, I guess we'll have to look forward to Elder Thing III's eventual arrival.
