“Last game of the season for the Legion, and it was the most important match for the team. Not only it was a decisive game for the rankings, it was also a Khorne derby between the daemons and the warriors !

Once again, Raxas my sneaky assistant hired a wizard backstage, hoping Khorne wouldn't notice. I was against it Khorne, don't get it wrong, I hate magic and all this stuff !! Anyway...

The Incendiaries started the game by receiving. With a touchback, the ball was quickly secured and the warriors initiated a fierce battle for the middle of the pitch. It wasn't just any battle : with these exchanges of blows, both teams were fighting for Khorne's favors.
Our cultists on line duty showed impressive resilience, and thanks to them our daemons could clash with the strong warriors on equal terms.
But when a sneaky marauder fouled Kragbon, smashing his head against the floor, the Legion saw red ! This underhanded tactic will not be forgiven !
Aghond, Bringer of Death, showed the way, killing the poor khorngor who was near. His first kill on the pitch, but it wasn't enough to satisfy his rage.
Idruth followed the same path of violence, sending the best bloodseeker out a second after.
The Incendiaries tried to stand their ground but couldn't hurt anyone and were getting desperate.
Raxas (not me, i hate magic, remember ?) chose this moment to order the fireball on their formation, but honestly, i wonder if it was even necessary ! I guess it was enough to let Ingeprix pop the ball while the others were still focused on killing everyone.
With the ball loose and only 6 players left, the Incendiaries couldn't resist our charge and Ingugan managed to take the ball to score.

Halftime calmed down the daemons a bit, and when they came back they realized the battle was already over ! Only 3 players still had it in them to fight the Legion.
Scoring was a formality and Elaraz even tried to pass the ball to show the enraged fans his might and skill.

Once again, the Incendiaries had to go on the line, but the fans of the Khorne team tried to show them the way to safety : they should foul ! Without a shred of doubt, Adrian executed the task perfectly, hurting Vucius and getting sent out at the same time.
Elaraz picked up the ball and tried some other passing tricks to entertain the crowd a little, but he finally scored to end the blood bath.

With this sensational victory, the Legion wins both the derby and the Chaos wastes conference after going undefeated in their 4 matches.
Great season ! Now it's time to set forth and show everyone else how we fight and kill, huh, i mean how we play bloodbowl ...
