#1 Fang – Smashed Knee (NI)
#9 Hobert Hooligan – Broken Ribs (MNG)
#9 Hobert Hooligan – Smashed Knee (NI)
Well, I wasn't very focused the first part of the game, major part of the first half. I played reckless and dumb and was saved by luck from 0-1 on my own offense. I don't play like this normally. About the PD I have to add that it was 5/8 it was not going to be touchback and then the ball would be in the endzone or one square from it and even if that rat hadn't failed his GFI (wo reroll) I'd still have had my ball stripper within range so that is nothing I regret.

About social skills, maybe you are right, but today I was a bit tired (thereby the lack of focus), normally I like chatting in game if my opponent doesn't get offended by a little taunting and whining.

Anyway, I'd be happy to play you again, you are a nice opponent and maybe you will change your mind about my defensive skills then.

#1 Master Spikes – Dead (RIP)
#7 Rat Man – Dead (RIP)
#8 Chick – Dead (RIP)
The starting game of the KO Challenge 2005 has been a bloody one. Three skaven players were killed, and the mighty Minotaur Fang was niggled after a single die block by the brave Master Teeth.

The match was very close, with the dwarfs caging and stalling all around and the rats trying to blitz a hole through their defences. First half ended 1-0 for the dwarfs, but the Rumblers easily scored the tie in turn 2 second half.. Few in number, and heavily bashed, the rats managed to sneak to the ball and an amazing defensive action prevented the Spawn to take the lead before the final whistle.

In the overtime, a failed gfi led to the defeat. A skaven runner failed to go for it, lost the most important chance of his whole life, and he dwarfs could set up their usual scheme: "cage through everything until there's nothing more you can cage through".

The final Td, in turn 8 overtime, gave the victory to the Spawn of the Furnace. A deserved victory, but not an easy one.

Note on Webbe: not a talkative guy... I suggest him to improve his social skills, since BB is a game after all. But maybe it's just me. Apart from that: I must admit he's one of the best coaches I ever met in the attacking drives, and one of the worst in the defensive phases. He let me take the ball in the first drive (not on a blitz), and he left me a big hole through after rolling a perfect defence in overtime. He knows nothing about defensive blitzers, but sure he knows a lot about cages. =)

Overall, a nice, close and enjoyable match. Let's see how you can perform in the next rounds!
