“Understandable... after it looked like he would just roll over me, things start to change, when he rolled a blitz against me in t8 1st half. Just blitzing for some cas, Whisper did a GFI, failed (with reroll) tripped over and KILLED himself. Regen failed. After realizing, that those vamps aren´t immortal, my crew started to regain faith an hit harder, managing to fill his KO-Box and score the 1-1.
Starting the last drive of the game with 9 players each, both teams engaged in a bitter fight, resulting in 2 KOed Thralls and a free ball, which was taken by an elven lino. Just one square away, Giggle dodged towards the ball to blitz him, failing the dodge and KILLING himself, too!!
Well.. after that the game was over and despite all tries to take my team with him into retirement, my elfs remained alive.”
