“Bug-addled madness.

The Psychotics managed to outluck the Darkbones, and *still* roll 5 doubleskulls. Two in one turn cost us an extra td, but then our armour (the KOs and all three BHs came in the last two turns) was impenetrable, POWs were our friends and only a couple of dodges failed.

We kicked out first td out in two turns after avoiding the Undead Blitz! and the superior dark elf speed, coupled with the amount of block and the guard, helped us hold off the Darkbones attack. We went one better in the second half, snatching the ball after a prolonged mid-pitch battle to make it 2-0. We then just about held off the ghouls to keep the victory safe.

It was a good game and I think we deserved the win. However, a sync problem after a fumbbl crash may have gifted us our second td (not sure whether or not Teddy Spitestripper should have been on the floor) and Ramses was very unlucky not to pull one back at the end - it could have finished as a draw and 1-2 would have been a far fairer result.

Nice coach, nice game, nice cash and no serious injuries. We're back to eleven elves and things are looking up.”
