“The Revenants drawn against the Gamers... could have been very messy. But the Revenants went for the glory and not the guts and after getting off to a slow start, clawed back a 0-1 deficit to a 4-1 win.
The whole team played well, but we lacked that killer instinct.
Well played the Gamers who played the role of a patsy down to a tee! Dodging, avoiding and weaving yet managed to convince the stewards they were trying :-)
DEATHWISH POINTS
2 Points to - Mark Webber. He gained the MVP, I think (??) he was the guy with Iron Man... but man, all these rookie pro elfs look the same!
1 Point to - Ian Thorpe. For 2 completions he must be able to handle his balls like he handles his hair gel... just watch out for those pearl necklaces though!

2 Points: Malachai Eldez. Managed to exploit the Blitz and my shoddy Turn 7 Attack Formation to give RER the lead into Half time.
1 Point: Lord of Darkness: Never stopped trying, got some good hits in, even tho no Cas, and prevented me from going near gaps due to not wishing to get close to him.
Note: It was Big David Foster who had Iron Man. Mark Webber just behaved like he did. Luckily he didn't get hit too hard. Nice Season Warm up Clay ;)”
