Well that was a piece of ......How do you mangle a team that thouroughly and still lose? Damned if I know. I wacked hard all game but couldn't hold on to the ball. nothing i did would keep it oin my possession. dropped catches and 2die against blocks and just plain stupidity saw me continually dispossessed of the ball by the filthy huns and the damned boche. I didn't get a single throw caught all game except the one in turn 8 2nd half when it no longer mattered. weather didn't help
started and did first drive in pouring rain then shifted to bright sunshine. dindt matter if it was the ag4 guy doing the throwing or the big hander it just didnt work. nhow depressing the lds finally get tot he big show and then promptly fail to perform .... very sad.

well the votes...

3pts to #5 Manfred von Richthofen who scooped, pooped and even ran one home himself. damn fine thrower that.

2 pts to #1 Adolf Hitler for being a big annoying pain in the posterior all the first half. big bugger just wouldn't get out of the way. he didn't really do much except fill in a square but it always seemed, whether he was standing or lying down, to be the square i didn't want him in.

1 pt to #10 Wolfgang Von Tripps who didn't to run hoime a damn fine score , the game sealer.

Well im two games ahead of virtually everyone else at the moment so that that for a while for me, i wonder how everyone else is doing...

The Beasts looked the stronger of the two teams on paper, and when they hired Lord Borak the Despoiler, Vermin fans were forced to ponder who they'd support in Season X1. Fortunately though, the worst case scenario wasn't the only one on offer, and after 16 turns of dodging, ducking & weaving from the Vermin (and a heady mix of bashing & fumbling from the Beasts), their fears of relegation were held at bay for another round.

Twahnlows:

3pts: Beast Master Lucius
Big, tough, cruel & awesome. One of those players who causes coaches to tense up each time he blitzes. Bashed, scored, bashed. Inspired fear.

2pts: Lord Borak the Despoiler
Hmnn probably can't vote for him, as much as I'd like to. For the record though, he was a total pain in the ass, not just for being a third str5 Chaos Warrior, but also a ring-in dirty player. Spiteful right to the end, the Vermin look forward to revisiting the same respect to him & his teammates in the future.

2pts: Beast Master Terius
Guarded Hitler for alot of the game, and was successful for the most part. Along with the rest of the Beasts' pack, if he can avoid any nasty injuries, superstardom is a matter of when, not if.

1pt: BeastMaster York
More votes going to a Chaos Warrior. Unlucky not to inflict more serious damage on the lightly armoured Rats, we hope to avoid seeing his ugly mug again any time soon.
