“It was a good game. Adam Foote had to play Safety early first half and did his job very well by blitzing the ball carrier, deep in Colorado's half, with a casualty, picking up the ball and securing the early lead with a great pass.
Beside him, every player did his job with outstanding performance. And still, the skinks were able to keep the game close. What proofs that they are way under rated. Good luck in the further season.
3 pts: Eyeuieelinsh: Great ball skills. Rescued the close game by intercepting a possible TD pass.
2pts: Shchlts: Always dangerous. A player you should avoid.
1pt: Xies-ler-aym: The veteran star of the team tried everything but wasn't as quick as we remember him. His days might be counted. ”
“3 points: #10 Milan Hejduk. I was really hoping this guy would niggle out. He didn't and instead put 3 skinks off the pitch.
2 Points: #7 Adam Foote. Solid at the back, not only stopped Zbthreeoey when he broke clear but put him off. His 3 passes also set up the wood elf offense.
1 Points: #8 Alex Tanguay. How do you stop this bloody dancer?
Never expected to really mix it with the elves with no tackle, not enough block, and only 5 saurus, but the lizards put up a strong fight. Failure to pickup the ball in the rain and then a blitz against really cost the team what chance they had but it was still a heartening game after big disappointments against zen adepts and carlton united. Perhaps we can still pick up another win or two this season. 50k from the next match to get that 6th saurus on deck would really help though.”
