“50th game for the Prophets!

After I refused a game vs a chaos team (they never ask games vs my other teams oddly enough), Candlejack stepped up to challenge me with his rats. Had a fun game since he punished every mistake I made.

First drive, I kicked and let him score quickly. Second drive, I received and flatten his LOS but the thrower fumbles the ball and the gutterrunners steal it for 0-2. Third drive I didn't get anywhere really but kept bashing some rats with meager results. Second half I received and got blizzard. Got my cage up and running and made a comfortable 1-2. Last (real) drive with three turns to go, the Marauders only had six players to work with. Unfortunately for me, the kick went bad and the gutter runner got the ball. I blitzed the GR near the side line, double pow and the throw in landed it in a fairly safe spot. Made a throw and handoff to a lino and it got 2-2.

This game was also Hanged Man's last. He's the only player to have played all 50 matches from the founding of the team. Started off as a unassuming lineman and ended up as a blocking dirty playing tackling kicker (56spp). Retired him with full honors.
