“Close, close but no cigar.
Really intense crunch between two strong teams. I started out quite weak letting a pointy hat be crowdpushed cos i forgot frenzy on the stupid wolf. Reventlov pulled a long grinding drive for the halftime lead, which I really felt unable to do anything about. Only good thing was the KOing of a golem and the +str wolf, which fortunately lasted the regular game out.
In second half the game waved back and forth with more than one doubleskull from each side, but I finally managed to get star hobo Kovacks in TD position - again the absence of two Wolves key players helped.
1-1 -> Overtime and I won the draw - 2 rr left for Doped, none for the Wolves. At this time I lost my concentration a little bit. Reventlov did well in 1d sacking my ballcarrier and turning the play to his winning advantage. Think I could have positioned better in that particular situation without additional risk.
So the only trophy Doped took from this Knock Out was the head of rookie zombie Van Herfut - if Kolber Wolves wins the Cup (and I hope they do) - we'll buy a nice glass montre for it and display it in the Doped Trophy Lounge (tm).

This was one of the most intense, thrilling, great FUN games I have played un years. Thank you Heinz for a great BB experience, you played really well and a draw would have been most fair.
First half:
Everything went according to plan. Opponent Mino fouled to BH. A crowdpushed chaos dwarf and a rock trown and KO another dwarf made it rather easy.
Second half:
ST4 Wolf, a golem and a wight KO....made it hard to put real pressure on "Doped". I managed to pop the ball loose but I was unable to secure it. A lot of blocks and hard play and great tactics.
Over time:
I thought I had lost the game when I kicked and my opponent had 2 RR left and I none. But some careful moving and some luck I managed to steal the ball an secure the win....My one-dice block on the ballholder to get the ball was really lucky but my opponent made his only misstake there allowing me to be able to block.
Anyway, thanks for a great game. This is how BB should be played.
p.s. The dead Zombie was no origanal member to the team..he was raised from the dead a few games ago...:-)
Edit: Damn I'm 10k from getting Count Luthor for the final.....:-)
