The winds picked up, the skies darkened, and lightening struck trees down all around the swamps. Such superb weather could mean only one thing, a portal to another dimension had briefly opened and the Chainsaw were invited to play another chaos side. This time it was the Mutant People From Uranus and their unpronouncable, um, mutants from Uranus.

As the players lined up in the tunnel, Coach Montagne was overheard murmuring, "Their players are so big, they're going to retire my team!"

The 'Saws were obviously fired up for this game, as they engaged the early Mutant offense with vigour. The beastman whose name sounds like a nasty whooping cough failed to gather the ball properly, and Razor seized on the opportunity to race around the central scrummaging, smash through the poor beast, viciously wounding him and run home the opening score. The apothecary intervened and saved the career of the injured player, much to the dislike of the crowd. They were roaring gleefully again before the opening touchdown as another beastman fell to a black orc in the central scrapping.

As the 'Saws lined up to receive at the start of the second half, blood still fresh on their hands from the first, things looked ominous for the Mutants. As expected, the away side made their customary blitz down the wing, the ball given to Razor. Even some of the greatest players in Blood Bowl history would not have been able to stop him marauding home his second score of the game. Having heard about the orc-animal that is Razor, Coach Montagne had wisely employed the services of a local wizard. A bolt of lightening jolted the star blitzer, whom went down in a spectacular display of muscle-grinding electrocution, the ball nearly bursting between his massive pecks. In the scavange for the ball between the normal players that followed, the chaos side emerged with the ball. A succession of horned collisions left the Chainsaws depleted with several players nursing heads with large bumps.

By the time Razor came too, he was isolated and away from the play. Annoyed at the general inability of his team to do anything without him, he made a last ditch effort to get downfield and retreive the ball. It was too little too late, especially for the goblin who had clambered onto the advertising board near the players tunnel to get a glimpse of his favourite stars - only for one of them, Razor, to rip his head off.

A story of two teams turning defense into attack! The Mutants survived with 3 serious injuries, fun was had by all.
