“Drat That Rat tries again to recover themselves, this time against some stout dwarves. Their niggling fails on the first ever game he tried to play with it. The Rat! morale was low as their now incomplete squad took to the pitch.

Things looked resonable first half, though the dwarves just manage to score on turn 8. Rat-a-Tat-Tat kept up his good work mashing one dwarf after the other off the pitch, trying desperately to keep numbers on the pitch even...

Second half the rats score quickly, and then: RAIN! The dwarves fail thier first pickup, and things look up - maybe they won't be able to get it all half thanks to their Illegally Drug Induced high Agility Runner was taken out earlier by Rat-a-Tat-Tat!

But a ball scatter lands on the other dwarf runner, who catches it! It was the first of three dwarves to catch a bouncing ball this half in the rain - the other two being longbeards without the aid of a RR...but this was acutally a liability, as the longbeards had just finished blocking, and therefore the ball remained deep in the dwarven side of the pitch.

Despite the rats having no defense better than standing next to dwarves and forcing them to waste actions hitting them rather than advancing, it proved enough, and the skaven came within a catch and dodge roll of actually winning, but in the end no team could move the ball across for a touchdown, and once again Drat That Rat held onto a tenacious tie game.
