“The masses came out in force to observe a rematch between The Goats and Dark Justice, this time for the rights to enter the qualifying finals. The previous meeting was a tie and not a very bloody game either (1 cas total). Surely this match would feature some blood?
The ball was kicked and this macth got underway with Dark Justice receiving. A quick run around the sides and a long pass later and BOOM, 1-0 to Justice. The Goats were very confident about this game and shrugged off their poor defensive effort. Coach Synn meanwhile started to look concerned......
Later on the first half a blast of fire decimated the Goats line including Ron who held the ball. Sprinting down and avoiding the Nimble Hit Man Ole Spotty, Justice was able to score right at the buzzer leading to a 2-0 lead!
Second half started with some blood on the field....the REF'S. With the new ref in utter awe of the Goats, they quickly went to work smashing through Dark Justice's line to score with three turns left and 6 elves on the field.
The Goats, with a mind on OT proceeded to beat up the remaining dark ones but found themselves out of position to stop a heave to a lightly marked lino. He failed his dodge and Ole Spotty got the ball and proceeded to fumble a long bomb to an awaiting Goat. That signified the end of the match and the end of the KO Round with the Goats. At the end of the match Nipple made himself available to reporters:
"We were cocky and stupid today and that is why we go home now. However, we still have a way to make it into the FC Tourney and will take home that cup."
We shall all await the progress of the Goats.......”

Dark Justice but a rookie to this kind of atmosphere was a little rattled to start and couldn't get in the building.(client trouble)
Due to the fact that the Goats were overwhelming favorites some handycaps werew set in motion.
Bribe the ref 2, extratraining and bad press, not what Redman was looking for....."I hope this isn't a bad omen ...."
Dark Justice wins the toss, up goes the ball.......perfect defense!!
"Son of a....." exclaims Redman.
And off go the elves at full speed down the side lines, TD.
Goat drive "PUSH goes the line......elves flee in panic."
"WIZARD", Boom a fireball shatters the box and down goes the CW ball carrier, pops into a lone goats hands smash down goes the goat. Justice lino pounces on the ball handoff and the Justice blitzer is off to the races.......TD.
half time 2-0 Dark Justice.
"Hmmm, " says Redman, "I don't think the ref is supposed to be that friendly with the opposing coach"
And money changes hands on the sidelines......"NOOOOOoooo...."
The ref has been bought.
Lets just say for the rest of the 2nd half....player after player went to the hospital as the Goat jugger slid down the field with elves throwing their bodies into the grinder to slow the pace.
Luckily the Goat horde was only able to score once more.
