“Luck reading is out due to two disconnects, one of which was after I caused a casualty (just MNG, nothing serious) late in the match. I subsequently ended up with a net result of 1 for FF instead of 2 when I finished with 1 casualty instead of 2 and lost a FF!!!

Ah, not the best of games played by either coach. My opponent had a mix of very ordinary to cruddy dice rolls when on offence on a couple of drives mixed in with some (early morning?) mistakes such as using the wrong player to leap and leaping to the wrong square.

This combination (well mainly the poor rolls) allowed me to apply the defensive pressure and eventually I got a steal and score.

On the other side, I didn't play that great either. I was tired and several times I blocked players and waited for ages for my opponent to sidestep when he only had 3 squares to move to and no sidestep prompt came up lol. Several minutes were lost all up with this happening many times. I was just too damn tired to understand what I was seeing...

To top off my tiredness, I misclicked with a player sending him into a Diving Tackle tackle zone (no tackle though) by mistake instead of running around him. 4+ dodge failed. RR failed. RIP!!! Was a niggler so it was funny, but a day later, I wish he was still alive to help the team survive until more players are recruited lol.

Anyway, it was a good game with both players having moments of good and bad play and I had a lot of help with his dice rolling on a couple of turns when trying to get through to set up a score.”
