Quite surprised with the skill of the M&R, especially when it comes to the throwing and catching. Even though we had a good chance to score in the last seconds of the second half, a miss calculation opened up for the M&R to end it with the winning TD.

Reapers team captain Ar'iath 'Wimpknock' reply to the accusation of foul play: “They’re vermin and we’re on higher ground, of course there’s going to be some injuries in the process. In this specific case there was a clear issue of self defence. They’re rodents, shouldn’t be allowed to play anyway.”
The Reapers head coach was quick to condemn the last sentence said by the captain and has replied that the remark will have serious reprimands, though he does agree in theory. As of yet no reprimand has been issued against the team captain.

Quite poor play from both coaches but the players did a fair job. The elves' tackling skills worked better than expected and at one point there were only seven mice and ratmen on the field. The phenomenal handling of the ball and the willingness of the furry team to offer life and limb to get a hold of it did in the end prove too much for the Reapers.

On a side note, Lineman Black Beauty argued with the ref during the half break, trying to match the shoes of the Reapers to the foot print in his face from an uncalled for foul. It was all in vain though since astonishingly the players all had the same size of shoes.
