First turn, Fuzzy Furn accidentally stepped on Sugar Sugar when trying to pick the little brownie up for a TTM...of course, there was little the Apoth could do to save the mushy mess that was Sugar Sugar.
Lord Daniel played brilliantly, getting POWs and placing his players quite tactically, preventing my fairies from dodging in. In a blunder, I managed to leave both my Leprechauns off the field, so not having their Strip Ball skill really hurt. Some 3die blocks didn't succeed, and 0-1 quickly came up on the board.
I tried to run the ball the 2nd push, but do you think the fairies could pick up the ball? Anyway, it was a struggle keeping my Trees up with the Mummies in the way, and Daniel's Ghouls were fast enough to pressure on my pixies early on. Sacked ball carrier, 0-2.
The 2nd half was no better for the Cuddleys, with a RIP and two MNGs. I just couldn't do anything right, and the number of KOs my trees dished out was astonishing. 0-3 after no time, and the Cuddleys walked off the field humiliated.
Well done to Lord Daniel, you really put the boot in. The Cuddley's walk away, FF loss, only 30k and the only SPP was the MVP to poor Knock Knock who died...
Note to self: DODGE with those fairies! DODGE!
