“SWL Season XII - Commissioner Twahn Memorial Regional League - Round 2
Da girlz dominated this match, right from the start. If it weren't for the mad antics of Virral's gobbos, it may well have ended up 3-0 instead. Check out the mad gobbo action at the end of the first half! (We think they're elves in disguise!)
We managed to skill 4 players up this game, and the team is definately improving .. they're trying to build up enough to survive the ineviatable match up against the Dwarvish pirates, the "Dreadbeards".

This is an easy pick - no one could believe their eyes when he dodged his way through to pick up the ball in 2 tackle zones, and then make a long pass to his teammate Louis Wu (are they brothers?) who proceded to catch the ball in two tackle zones, and dodge out for the touchdown. No rerolls required!

Well, the play is pretty much described above, immense effort by both of these Gobbos. Shame the ogres don't seem to be learning from these guys!

Another one of those insane gobbos. This guy made something like 6 consecutive dodges, along with picking up the ball in a TZ, and handed it off to Teela Brown. Its certainly not his fault that the ogre Phssthpok went and messed things up by falling over.”

This quazi-orc was a clear favorite for the crowd. With her versitility showing, she managed a touchdown, casualty and a completion all in a single match.

We Fink Wer Orks did a fine job hiring this plucky thrower. She handled the ball with ease, making it a breeze for da girlz to transport the ball across the pitch. She was only let down by her sometimes clumsy teammates dropping a perfectly good throw.

After the daring play by Beowulf Shaeffer to get the ball away from the would-be-orcs, an bumbling ogre left Teela Brown holding the ball and dreadfully exposed. Quick to take this opportunity, Face Masha rushed in to teach her a lesson, and she taught it good! Stomping the poor goblin into the dirt, Teela had no choice but to drop the ball as she was carried limply from the pitch. All should quake before Face Masha's righteous fury.
