“Luck reading out due to a turn 4 second half disconnect. At that point the luck reading was 54-61 in my opponent's favour and I had just scored to take a 3-2 lead. On the reload I scored again but a lessor player made her KO roll this time, no biggie.

I fun game against a fun coach. The handicaps this match were Illegal Drugs (given to a Wardancer) and Virus (no nigglers!).

Nacxit started the game kicking but rolled a Blitz!!! However I was extremely fortunate as he failed to knock over my sidestep Tackle Lino who was plugging up the middle and I had some breathing space.

This turned into a one card trick when I failed a GFI (snake eyes) and only had one player in scoring position (Catherne Bell) who was soon surrounded.

I cleared some defenders from her and then made a 3+ long pass (strong arm AG4 and accurate) to Bell who made a 2+ catch, but then failed her first 2+ dodge with reroll and she was stuck with the ball on the sidelines! Thank goodeness for Stand Firm.

Luckily for me I had a Stand Firm Diving Tackle Blitzer in the right place making it hard for my opponent to attack Bell and she scored on a 2+ GFI without rerolls on turn 4 to take a 1-0 lead.

Nacxit scored an easy reply and it was 1-1, game on with his faster ball stealing players threatening a defensive stop again!

On the next drive, the Babes pushed deep before forming a cage to ensure Angelina Jolie would score a TD, taking about 10 GFIs to set up the cage lol. Nacxit decided not to chance the 3+ leap and then do a two dice my choice blitz even with strip ball as he did not want his Wardancer 'stuck next to my bittches' heh.

Second half the Babes kicked and again Nacxit scored a quick easy TD.

The Babes replied with their own quick TD to take a 3-2 lead.

On the next drive, Nacxit had some intial problems creating a hole, but dodged one player, then another, and then another player past a tackler and a Diving Tackle player.

The Babes pushed deep on defence and luck was with them when a gazillion dice worth of 2 and 3 dice blocks failed to flatten Kate Beckinsdale who had a tackle zone (and the Diving Tackle skill) on Nacxit's thrower.

A 3+ hand off to the thrower was failed and I managed to knock the ball free Nacxit's Catcher (who has caught the scattering hand off). I had some nice luck as I picked up the ball on a 4+, made a GFI and catch without RR, dumping the ball over the heads of some Dark Elf defenders and lucikly for me, no 6 came up on the intercept chance and the game was over.

This was a very good challenging match that was very close until some unlucky rolls gave me a great opportunity to snatch victory from a likely draw.

My opponent played well and pushed me hard and made me earn each TD and it was a very enjoyable and tactical game.

Look forward to a rematch sometime.”
