The game started out with me crowdpushing a nasty little ag5 blodge, Blitzers resulting in a BH. This baffled both of us it seems - I played very un-safe as opposed to my usual game and AFK just couldn't recover from several failed blocks and/or dodges. The half ended 1-0 for me after the odds of a equalization diminished greatly as the DE passer snake eyed in the attempt to bring the ball closer to the LOS.
2nd half started and the DE mustered a nice offence which managed to bring in a the 1-1. A perfect defence by the DE then made sure that my Thrower couldn't focus and failed his pick-up twice in a row enabling the Scions to take control and stall till the last turn as an attempt to shake the ball loose was ruined by a failed dodge by a catcher which should have been followed up by some risky GFIs and a block by the Str. 4 Mammoth Irwin Banks.
To my amazement I pulled out an amazing OTT with one catcher - something I'll remember for a while.
