Replacement of Count Ulrukar, Count Alastair Thorne hails from the region of Waldenhof . His family fleeing from Witch Hunters many generations ago, Alastair ended up in Strigoi by chance but has returned to his home of Waldenhof over the last hundred years and like many Vampires, ruled over a castle.

After watching Count Ulrukar fall on the Blood Bowl pitch via a Cabalvision broadcast at the local pub, Alastair was insistent of replacing him and joining the Drakenhof Ravagers. If he will make a name for himself is another thing entirely.

In a match against an Orc team, Ork Legion, Alastair was struck down and received a Smashed Collar Bone. Such an injury is crippling and lessened the once mighty Vampire to a shell of his former self. As such, he was promptly cut from the team.

Exhausted from the stress and drama of being dropped from the team, Alastair retired to his castle with broken dreams. SPIKE! Magazine has reported he has been seen staring at his Cabalvision television for several weeks now, having never left his couch. Some say he has molded into it.
