The players watch him come on board carrying that stupid Heisman Trophy like some talisman. Some of the players just snicker that just because you won some stupid gold trophy does not mean you are going to make it long with the big boys.
Gromstomp walks up to Rodger, his 8 ft 11 frame towering over him. He reaches out and grabs the trophy out of Rodgers limp hand. He looks at it, then licks it, and then proceeds to rub his ass crack with the out stretched arm of the trophy.
Gromstomp hands him back his trophy that now has some brown and green slop on the end.
"Ok guys, listen up and listen up real good. Rodger is wet behind the ears but he has talent lads, real talent unlike most of you. He is going to be our new back field general and lead our new aerial attack of doom. So one more day of hazing and then you lay off, lets see what he can do."

Rodger has lived up to the billing of his Heisman Trophy and is the team captain and leader of the squad, guiding them down the field for another score.
** Side Note **
You cannot have a player named after Rodger Staubach and not have hail mary pass skill, why? He was the guy who invented the freaking HAIL MARY PASS in the NFL!!! **
Rodger is now 70 games strong and he is the last of the Buccaneers still standing from that fate full day he walked up the gang plank.
