Linos have a tough time to develop, and easy way to die. Stats and doubles make them work. Pryor rolled normal, and developed Block. Fine. Coaches are OK with that. Double would be nice Guard/Dodge, otherwise probably Tackle or Fend or Kick on normal.
Scouts take: 4th rounder. Maybe 3rd with good development.
