Milord Stirland, son of the Duke of Stirland and next in line to rule the Duchy of Stirland, was commissioned as captain of the newly gazetted Blood Bowl team, the Stirland Spitfires. The duke thought it best for his son to get some battlefield experience, but he knew his son was too soft for a "real" battlefield, so Blood Bowl was the next best thing (though not far from it). Naturally, nepotism being what it is, he was put into the quarterback position.

Milord Stirland made good use of his position as quarterback. A better than average thrower, he made five completions and an MVP before his career came to an abrupt and untimely end. During the third game, <A href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=match&op=view&id=214332" target="_blank">Spitfires vs. the Red Wolf Clan</A>, Milord Stirland was pummeled to death by a filthy orc blitzer. The last sounds he heard were the crushing of bone to the thunderous applause of <A href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=team&op=view&team_id=50029" target="_blank">Red Wolf Clan</A>'s fans.
