Freebooted 3 times and based on his stellar play was given his shot at making the team. Lets see how this freebooter performs now that he is a mainstay on the Bucs lineup.
Well its not looking good for Joey at this point,
Game #1 BH on opening block of game
Game #2 BH on opening block of game
Game #3 BH on opening block of game
Game #4 SI-MNG on opening block of game
Game #5 Stunned on opening block, he is getting better at this block thing.
Game#6 Joey starts to show his stuff, he was actually a "force" in the game and made his pressence felt. Got a late TD to score the game winner. Ok 1 Block and 5 Rushing is not really being a "force" But hey, he played man!
Game #7 Joey Muffs a wide open TD pass. Really did nothing but look like he was lost. BUT he was awarded the MVP and skilled up. Coach Hicksey calls Joey over and tells him that his job from this point forward is to clog the middle of the field and do what he does best, nothing. Joey gets guard after Coaches inspiring coaching "up".
Game#8 to #20: Joey is just wandering around the middle of the field randomly blocking people and just trying to be a pain in the neck. A few lucky breaks allowed Joey to get an MVP and a CAS. He is slowly coming around and picked up Block the old fashion way, getting his butt kicked that he slowly figured out how it was done.
Games #21-#37 and Joey is still just hanging out in the middle of the field wandering around just looking to hit something and pick up a scrap here and there. In otherwords his effectivness is under much scrunity.
Games #38-47 and Joey is starting to round out a little. He is actually a mainstay on the LOS and has managed to get some CAS in the process. He is now one of the "old" hands and turning into a respectable Lino.
Game# 48-56 and joey has become the leader of the LOS, he is staying in the back and "cleaning" up anybody who get through the LOS. He has gotten very good at opening up the critical hole for a Bucs. catcher or blitzer to get open for the run to paydirt.
Game# 57-74: Well Joey has hung on for another Major and is still pluggin the holes and taking down those would be cathchers. You can count of Joey for getting down field and setting up a wall of defenders to shield the ball carrier. Joey is on the cusp now after some MVP's of joing the ranks of the star players and the fans have noticed his up tempo game.
Game #75: Joey enters the Realms of the star players. Picks up Dirty player to finish out his compliment of SKills neccesary for any decent Lino. He now knows all the tricks of the trade and will lay a vicious boot to the groin when the ref is not looking.
He Obviously is still a freebooter at heart. Some might say he is taking advantage of the Bucs. He now is getting a pay check and is laying down on the job, litterally!!
