Roy is just a work horse. He brings the "lunch pail" to the office everyday and just does what the coaches need of him. On the field he ia all purpose and some games he has subed in as the Thrower other games he is strictly running cover for the break away blitzs.
His blocking and dodging are top notch and he has that natural ability to side step the most devastating blocks. He has really worked on his tackling skills and has a knack to dive in at the last minute and take out those ankles.
The Bucs love the "the Stick" and his work ethic. When in a pinch they allways look to him to make that spectacular play to get them out of a bind.
