Killed by Daredevil, the Skullsplitters' Troll Slayer, Gogpert must have thought it was his lucky day when he scored his first ever td for his beloved Kaan Kriplerz. The td saw him march down the pitch from just inside his own half with an entourage of bruising team mates and squeeze down the touchline to put his team in the lead. However the day was to get much worse for Noah, the promising gobo starlet of the team, who was distinctly quicker and more co-ordinated than the average goblin. In the second half the dwarf team (already having injured 3 orc blitzers out of the game) decided to play the power football the orcs showed in the first half to try and level the game. Early in the 2nd half Daredevil soared forwards and pounded the gobo with a crunching blitz. The sickening thud that follwed signified the end of a promising career and the start of a battle for revenge. The dwarves scored in the same drive, and the depleted orc team, having heard news of their buddies death caused three dwarves to leve the game in the following drive, two of which were close to death. The revenge touchdown however did not come, as, in the dying moments of the game, Kriplerz lineman Pog Mikkel failed to go the extra yard for the winning td and went down in a crumpled heap of sweat and tiredness.
