Sam "Stalker" Weatherbee was killed in his first match out of jail when he was pushed into the crowd by the Marauder named Lisa. While not normally a lethal result, he had the misfortune of being thrown into a section of off-duty prison guards, who recognized him from his Wanted posters and proceeded to bludgeon him to death with their ale mugs.
