Due to poor eyesight, things around Swifty seem smaller to him, than they do to us. It can be very hard for him to decide whether the blur a few steps away is a halfling or an ogre and hence, he'll dauntlessly attack anything. This leads to many a funny situation. It would also be fatal more often, had his glasses not had sharps edges, giving him the edge on a blitz.
