Howdy is a lower-class, joke-loving hamster, who is good friends and rivals with Dexter. Both constantly compete for the affection of Pashmina, luring her in with memes and jokes about the left, and if that doesn't work, throwing around racial slurs about mice and turtles. He used to work for the Boss cleaning the Ham-Ham house but now he's been hired to clean up the field of the bits left by Oxnard after he feeds on their corpses. He's not really that great at actually playing the game, but the pay is good and it allows him to show Pashmina that he's more than just a memester, he's a teamster.
