Raised by eskimoes and seals after his parents drowned in a mysterious boat accident, Whacks-his-Hips left his iceberg as a teenager to pursue his dreams of becoming a dancefloor champion. After losing an important contest and his girlfriend Shania to his arch rival, he went on a killing spree and has been a wandering fugutive ever since.
