Abbaye de Fontenaye used to earn his living in the real estate business, by selling houses or apartments that were either in a horrible state, or not for sale at all. After closing a multi-million deal with an order of monks (all they got was a hole in the ground with a few rocks in the middle), Abbaye was struck by lightning as soon as he went outside. Soon he realised he had to pay the monks their money back, or get them a proper monastery. Either way, he needed a <b>lot</b> of money.
