Like many Necrarch Vampires in Numas, Maximus lives in a wealthy and exclusive portion of the local community. Even as far as the other founding members of the Numb brains, he looks down upon the other species as inferior undead. A notion that he clings to desperately, because he is not exceptional himself. Even Jasper he thinks of more as an almost-equal rather than a team leader.
