Once known by the name Jack Dirk, Jack was once a cruel and ambitious blood bowl player, presumed dead years ago when he was trampled by a minotaur. However, as his dying body was thrown out the back of the stadium, he was approached by a mysterious woman. She offered him a deal - to live again as the undead captain of her new team. Driven by his desire for vengeance, he agreed. The woman, who introduced herself as Tarkav, rebuilt his broken body with steel and flesh parts, and now he is reborn, taking to the pitch to finally become the star he thinks he always should have been.
