"Toxin" Tim had that nickname long before he became an undead. He was a low-down dirty fighter, who was often known to poison opposing players, referees, and even coaching staff before games. Now he's an undead and can't get up to his sneaky tricks as easily (hard to sneak when you shamble everywhere). However, Tarkav incorporated his love of poisons by replacing his teeth with venomous fangs. Time will tell if this is actually effective on the pitch.
