Nuvian "The Undying" Naesys

Where other Elves give up, Nuvian is just getting started.

The first niggle, achieved in this match vs Witch Elves
After losing his right eye in an encounter with some vicious witches with long and sharp finger nails, did he quit blood bowl? No. Nuvian consulted with the Magnetite's Gnomish Tinkerer and fitted a magically enhanced silicon marble in his eye socket. He is now even able to see ultraviolet and near infrared radiation. The fact that the eye sometimes pops out and it takes a week to get it repaired is only a minor nuisance.

The second niggle, achieved in this match vs Nauticans
A giant crab stepped on Nuvian toes and crushed them all, just leaving a stump of a foot behind. Nuvian did not stop running there. He had a custom shoes of two different sizes fitted by the Magnetite Shoemaker. Most of the time the shoes work perfectly fine and Nuvian can be as mobile on the pitch as he was before. However, in some occasions, if an opponent steps on the grass where his toes used to be, Nuvian relives the moment of injury suffers from an agonizing phantom pain. He needs to recover in the sanitarium and might miss the next match for it.

The third niggle, obtained in this match vs Sisters of Sigmar
Nuvian got smashed between the hammer (the holy shoe) and the anvil (the grass underneath it). In fact, he got smashed so hard that he passed out and only woke up from a coma several weeks later. When he finally woke up he felt as new. As brand new. In fact, that brand new that he had no memory of any previous events or former part of his life. When he decided he wanted to become a street art painter his team mates objected and dragged him on to the pitch. This first match he had to re-learn all the blood bowl rules. Gradually his memory returned, although occasionally he still forgets who he is and feels the urge to become a street art painter again. Sometimes when his memory is failing he forgets who he is, leaves the pitch mid-game and only reappears two weeks later without any explanation or where he was or what he has been up to. Around those times, beautiful street art is created in the streets of Marienburg, although as of to date it remains a mystery who the artist is.

The fourth niggle, achieved in this match vs Norse Dwarves
A blood frenzy elf-hating dwarf decided he needed to bring an elf scalp home as a trophy. The dwarf tore off Nuvians long ponytailed haircut and ripped off part of his skin too. The Marienburg engineering department immediately started working on a new prothesis. The engineers created an artificial scalp with fine metal wire hairs on it. The scalp is magnetically fitted to Nuvian's skull. In some brawls, the magnetic connection fails, and the scalp falls off all of sudden, much to the surprise of the opponents. When this happens Nuvian is taken off the pitch and gets a new hairdo.
