Nobody remembers exactly how or when Grismeriel first appeared. She observed the Eternal Mists for years from a safe distance in the nearby rivers and lakes. Sometimes she even followed them during river travels to away matches. It took her animal-like mind several seasons to grasp what was happening in the pitch.
