A masked Luchadore with a gift for pandering to non-human fans this one has got a weighty Lizardmen contingent following him. Fairly limited in actual ability, Tortuga has charisma coming out of the wazoo (not to be confused with the large ape like creatures of the same name) with buzzwords and a lot of appeal to younger demographics. Before taking up lucha, he had been an artist and even attempted to work under the ring name of Leonardo de Miragliano after the famous artist and thinker. Luckily that changed and under the new gimmick he has a reputation that continues to grow.
