Well he's not the fastest brain on earth but he's reliable and holds the ground when needed, even the other team guy's have trouble pushing him around.
Even so he's been with the team for a while and giving support to the other team members (usualy holding the LOS) and the coach has a certain friendship with him its like the big son.
