Witty, outgoing and an all around lovable guy, Ricardo Ramirez has come a long way in such a short time. Born and raised in the roughest parts of Patriot City, El Diablo courageously turned his back on gang life. Since then he has been taken under the wings of Freedom Force. He is able to spontaneously create and manipulate fire. Not only does he brighten the team's attitude during some of their more difficult times, he lights up Patriot City with his searing flames to ward off villains. When combined with his gift of flight, El Diablo becomes a powerful ally that can strike from a distance as well as tango toe-to-toe.
