C. Walker was an archer for a small town in the southern part of the Empire, until he killed 3 townsmen for wrecking his home. Despite that they destroyed his property, the townsfolk thought that his actions went too far, thus Chad found himself in the infamous Dust Bowl Prison, named after the fact that the prison is in a "bowl," with moutains surrounding it on all sides. Walker spent his days throwing rocks the lizards that littered the area. One day Walker was throwing a rock across the only lake in the area, when the coach of the prison team, an ex-convict saw him. He walked over and told him about the team, and after raising an eyebrow and shaking hands, Walker became the thrower for the bunch 'o' convicts.
