Death Leacher had no luck in a game against a chaos dwarf team. Kept getting block/pow's and knocking himself over. He gained his injury doing just this. He blocked a hobgoblin and both got knocked down. Death suffered a niggling injury with a -1ma, though as some consilation the Hobgoblin was killed!
