Nonion is so called because he was fished from a barrel of onions in Littlestink Market to cries of "That's n'onion! Kill the thievin' bastard!" (and of course because "Kill the thievin' bastard" was not a good name for a Goblin).

So far his job on the field has been to repeatedly poke one of the two Trolls in the ankle in an effort to prod their attention back into the game. He has had little success.
