This old grumpy slayer used to drink by the galon back when he hunted drake and trolls. He was revitalised when the AA asked him to join their team for bloodbowl. Having sat on his bum for the last decade, Balin wanted to go out and do some damage again. He is a true fighter when it comes to power but his accuracy needs a bit of fine tuning in his old age. He was saved from death recently when suffering from a heart attack mid-game, but although recommended to retire the old boy refused. His struggle to cause injuries compared to his fellow slayer is proving diificult, and he has only inflicted 5 casualties in 19 games.
