Never the best of players, Astereth only got on the team because the coach was his Dad. Eventually after getting smashed in one game too many the lads ganged up and demanded the coach boot him out. The Witch Elf, Ceras was all for sacrificing him for his inadequacies but Astereth Sr. managed to smuggle him back to Naggaroth before the frenzied maiden could make good of her plan.
